tasks, where N is the number of machines in the Grid (N = 185), and RR is a
numerical coefficient used to change the size of each bag.
The duration of each task is assumed to be a random variable uniformly distributed in the interval
[RT ∗0.5∗BaseTime,RT ∗1.5∗BaseTime] seconds, where BaseTime and RT are
workload parameters (note that the duration of tasks is referred to a machine
with computing power P = 1).
